STRATEGIC PLANNING

In strategic planning we aim to work through a series of questioning to bring clarity to the current reality and prepare for the future.  Some questions we will discuss:

• What roadblocks are keeping our team from reaching our destination?

• Who put them there? or Who keeps them there?

• Who is most equipped to move each of them?

• Which of our values assist in moving the roadblock?  (We will learn how working values or mission motivators define culture).

• What does the road to the destination look like without that roadblock in the way?

We will develop a plan to dismantle the roadblocks identified, and give accountable reporting until roadblocks are removed.
