CHURCH CONSULTING

With nearly 30 years of local church ministry experience, I have helped hundreds of churches begin the revitalization process through consulting.  Some of the areas I focus on in consultation but not limited to are as followed:  Resourcing, leadership, execution, communication and discipleship.  In the consulting process we will look at a statistical analysis of your church's key metrics. We will provide a comprehensive demographic and psychographic survey of your church’s community. We will use self evaluation tools to access your leadership style and qualities. And we will provide an analysis of your church budget compared to other churches similar to your church.  I have found that by having a clear vision for each of these areas, will propel a church to perform at its highest level.
