LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

A critical part of leadership is recognizing your fruit grows on other peoples trees.  As we discover more about ourselves we can begin to maximize our leadership potential.  We will use a variety of personality profiles, and assessments to get a clear picture of our leadership style.

We will also discuss core competencies of discipleship, vision, strategy, collaboration, people development , and stewardship.  As we progress in our competencies we will have a deeper understanding of how we lead and develop others for the Kingdom causes.
